Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery:
- Item unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags
- Proof of purchase provided
Applicable for:
- Size issues (eligible clothing)
- Wrong item received
- Defective items
Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene, the following are not eligible:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Worn garments, including innerwear
